COOLIO D480 VW TL 774 -C (G11)
Description:
Coolio D480 is an antifreeze coolant concentrate based on mono ethylene glycol. It is free of nitrite, amine and phosphate. It contains a mixture of inorganic and organic corrosion inhibitors and belongs to the hybrid type coolants. Coolio D480 protects modern engines from damages caused by cavitation, freezing, rust and overheating. The highly effective corrosion inhibitors protect all metals in the cooling system from deposit and corrosion. Coolio D480 fulfills the requirements of VW coolant specification VW TL 774 -C (G11) and provides a service life of 7 years / 450,000 Km.

Application:
Coolio D480 must be diluted with water before filling into cooling system. We recommend distilled water for this. Depending on water hardness and quality (hardness not greater than 3.6 mmol/l), dilution with tap water is also possible. Coolio D400 should be blended with water in a concentration amongst 33% to 60% by volume prior to infilling. The usage of a 50/50 ratio for the mixture of water and Coolio 480 is generally advisable.
